Hallo, my name is Fretty Rahel Tambunan student of President University second semester, in august 2017 I officially become a new student at President University, so in this blog I will share my educational journey experience while studying in President University. At first I did not know anything about the Pesident University but some President University envoys came to my area and visited several schools including my school, SMA Negeri 2 Medan. The students from President University introduced me what is President University, what are the advantages and benefits when we studied at President University, well some of its advantages are:
1. Learning based on English or international language
2. Held an internship program
3. Make all graduates of President University have two national and international certificates.
When the envoys from the president university came to my school, they also offered free scholarships or free of charge, when President University's envoys offered that, I was instantly amazed how much I wanted, because the students of the final semester in high school should has a lot of references to college right? Without thinking long I immediately enrolled myself to attend the scholarship, initially I was not too tempted by President University but no one knows how lucky people. Soon the scholarship results were announced through President University's official website and unexpectedly the results I got exceeded the expectations I imagined, hahaha who would think I got such a result. When the results came out I did not immediately confirm the scholarship to the President University because I had a desire to study at the university that I dreamed of the university Gajah Mada, I tried to enter the university Gajah Mada via SBMPTN but the results are not satisfactory, I failed in the test.
Then I talked with parents about what the next decision, my parents also said to go to President University. Upon arriving at President University I took care of all the administrative matters and then followed the process therein, all new students are required to stay 1 year in the President University dormitory, but not to worry yes, because the dorms are not unlike the dorms in general, President University dormitory like a housing we are free to do whatever we want to do but not negative things yes, day by day is fun, I start to know many people, I meet people from all over the region and share knowledge about our culture good language, custom and other things. Studying at President University is also great fun, because everything is required discipline in learning, and the lecturers also teach us vigorously. I am not a fluent person in English but I still try to understand and understand everything because the key of all is courage.
There's a lot of activity at President University that keeps you from eating, sleeping, and learning. Here there are some organization and so many extractulilaries that you can follow. When you are an art lover, you can follow bands, choirs, anime, orchestra and dance art. If you are a sports lover you can join basketball, football, climbing, adventure, tennis, golf, volleyball and martial arts, if you are a person who loves spiritual activities, you can follow the spiritual activities that are here, in fact there are many more interesting things that can you follow here.
Many free facilities are also offered if you study at President University such as medical expenses, swimming, playing golf, playing paintball and more.
